    The Wilson 311135 is the highest gain inside building antenna. It has a higher gain than any ceiling mounted dome antenna. It is a directional antenna and only covers a radius area of 180 degrees (To cover a radius area of 360 degrees please see our dome antennas).  It is mounted by screwing a metal plate into a wall and then the antenna slips into it. That mounting plate is included.
