Cell Booster only. The boosters have been tested with an RF Signal Meter before being boxed. They do power up and have green lights. The adjustable knobs on these boosters are broken. They spin freely, but the boosters do still work. They are being sold as is, listed as for parts or not working, at a discounted price due to this.

This item is in used condition with some scuff or scratch marks. The adjustable knobs are broken and spin freely, but the boosters do work.

1. We ship using FedEx Ground/Standard/USPS Economy. For free shipping, we use whichever is most cost/time effective.

2. Free shipping is for within the United States mainland only (within the 48 contiguous states).
3. There will be an extra charge to ship anywhere outside the 48 contiguous states of America. (We only ship to other locations by buyer as requested. Must contact us first for these locations/new price)
4. Tracking # will be posted in eBay messaging system, when it is available.

6. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
