    This is a stylish fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is an off white and Navy Horse hair open crown Cloche with a wired brim edge and net scarf. The crown is decorated with a spray of Cherries with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and molded into this shape. The matching bag has a strap handle and corsage. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
