This hat is a long tieback style and is made with 100% cotton. The fabric was washed before sewing to allow for shrinkage. This hat fits women with about a 22-23 inches in circumference.It is easily adjustable.  This type of hat works well for one in the medical profession, dental assistants, and hygienists, food service workers, or chemo patients, who may be experiencing hair loss. It also works well for anyone who likes having their hair tucked away since the fabric is soft and comfortable.
How to measure the head: Use a soft tape measure. Measure around the head, under the hair, and just above the ears. Like the picture shows. This will give you your head circumference measurement.
