track meet official's collared Polo shirt

photos, as they are an important part of my description. This uber-
rare
official's shirt was worn for track and field meets at historic
Hayward Field
in
Eugene, Oregon
on the
University of Oregon
campus, home of the
Oregon Ducks
. I acquired this
scarce
golf shirt/polo shirt from a local gentleman who was a field official at many Prefontaine Classic meets and other major track meets over the years. The shirt's maker was
"Champion"
(see pic of the vintage Champion single-bar label) and says "Champion Products, Inc. Rochester, New York" on the label's reverse; the shirt is tagged an XL (extra-large) although after being worn, washed and dried, it's closer to being a Medium-Large. The shirt measures approximately 28" in length (measured from top of neckline to bottom hem) by 21" wide (measured from armpit-to-armpit). This vintage shirt was made in the U.S.A., with a 50% polyester and 50% cotton blend. An absolutely great green logo on this white shirt, with a classic runner's image as he raises his hands and breaks the finish line tape! The year "1975" is present, along with Eugene's famous
"Track Capitol of the World"
slogan!

shirt appears to list all of the key track & field meets that were taking place during the summer of 1975 here in Eugene, after the Oregon Ducks completed their dual meet season. The meets listed include: the
1975 AAU Track and Field Championships, 1975 USA-USSR-Poland Decathlon-Pentathlon Championships
and finally the
1975 Pan-Am Track and Field Trials
